Hello Skinny Life Team,
It’s been quite an exciting and amazing week! We’ve had even more team members sign up and we’re really happy to hear from so many of you. It seems that a lot of you are enjoying receiving the information, and are already benefitting from starting a new way of thinking about health and fitness.
We want to thank you again for being part of our team and agreeing to test out the concepts and principles of the Skinny Life program and even check out a few of the products. It’s been really helpful to hear your feedback on the main Skinny Life principles of Mind, Eat, and Move.
One of the most important things you can do when starting your Skinny Life journey is to allow clear self-honesty about the areas that you personally struggle with the most. Change and transformation starts from honestly acknowledging where you stand in your challenges.
So many of you have a basic knowledge and understanding of eating or movement, but it’s clear from a lot of the discussion, that it gets confusing and overwhelming to many of you, and it’s it’s easy to get thrown off course and fall into a mental and physical slump.
Next week, I’m going to be sending you some fun tips and ideas that you can easily implement into your life to keep moving forward in a positive direction.
As you go into your weekend, challenge yourself to do something completely different. Hit your local farmers market and have some fun buying and simply preparing some super-fresh, delicious veggies, using simple ingredients like tossing them in a stir-fry pan with olive oil and sea salt!
Look up some of the state or national parks around you. Strap on your sneakers, slather on some sun screen, and go explore by hiking, jogging or taking a really vigorous, arm-pumping walk. REALLY notice your body when you do. Notice how it feels to move. Spend a moment in thankfulness that you CAN move!
