Canned pumpkin mixed with maple syrup and cinnamon will be a treat for your taste buds. The cream cheese used in this recipe has a third less fat and makes the dip rich and soft without too many added calories. Serve with fresh apple slices for an extra serving of vitamins and fiber.
- 3/4 cup(6 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
- 1/2 cupcanned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoonsmaple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoonground cinnamon
- 24 apple slices
Place first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, and beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add syrup and cinnamon, and beat until smooth. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite brand of apples.
