When losing weight, it is helpful to have a support group or at least one other person besides yourself, cheering you on!

Don’t have anyone helping you along the way? Start thinking about who in your family, your friends, co-workers, or anyone else that you can count on to be unconditionally supportive of you and your new healthy lifestyle!
You need a support team that can support you emotionally and that people that are truly happy you are taking better care of yourself. People who will eat healthier with you, walk with you, reassure you when you’re feeling unmotivated, and also to CELEBRATE when you hit milestones and as you reach goals!
So go ahead . . . think about it! Who is your support team? Who will help you from falling off the wagon when times get tough?
